Design details: Chennai and Tamil nadu floods have not gotten the international coverage . I want to create a good profile picture to put on my facebook age to bring attention and funds to the issue. https://www.facebook.com/help/492441920771107/
I would like it to be dramatic and not very cluttered. I can provide a few pictures but please feel free to use pictures online or dont use pictures - be creative. It does need some copy too. "Tamil Nadu submerged" . Or " Stand with Tamil Nadu" Tamil Nadu can be shortened to TN.
