I need Word and PowerPoint template designs for Windows and Mac

For Word I am looking for one of these(whichever is best applicable):

.docm – Word macro-enabled document; same as docx, but may contain macros and scripts
.dotx – Word template
.dotm – Word macro-enabled template; same as dotx, but may contain macros and scripts

and for PowerPoint I am looking for one of these (whichever is best applicable) :

.potx – PowerPoint template
.potm – PowerPoint macro-enabled template

The Word and PowerPoint documents are examples of our use to which we would want to apply the above. However, the Word Proposal Sample document (currently 13 pages including cover contents and appendix) would need to have the template applied and tidied up as per the spec so we could reuse it.

Deliverables:
1) .docm or .dotm or .dotx files as per spec
2) .potx or .potm file as per spec
3) tidy up proposal using 1) above

Special Elements in word document:

There are 2 pictures in section 3.3 of the Word Proposal document: a) "Saving time Saves money..." and b) histogram. The pie charts and histogram have both been derived in excel, then copied to PowerPoint before pasting as a picture to the Word document. The layout that we have derived does not look professional e.g. alignment, image resolution/crispness etc. We require both diagrams to be editable in the way suggested in the attachment.
