I need two pairs of shoes designed

Hi, I hope you are doing great day. I need a shoe design for male and female for a causal shoe that will be my flagship shoes for my brand. I want the shoes to have the same feel and a similar design to that of Tom's shoes but I want it to be distinct and set me apart from competitors. I wanted to know if you design casual shoes such as that? I will be using a material made in The Bahamas. I want to shoe's main focus to be on The Islands of The Bahamas. So I want the shoe to be extremely comfortable. Attached is an example of one of the Tom's shoes. Thank you.
