Experience Level: Intermediate

I would like to create something similar to the attached file with a friend's face. The intent is to have it printed on a cake.

I don't have a specific image in mind to use as the starting point - I'd like to create something similar, doesn't have to be exactly the same. I will provide a photo of my friend so you can "crop" his head.
