Design details: Hi,
I am looking for a day work sheet produced in PDF format that i can fill out manually and an excel doc or word Doc whatever would be best to add or change details about it at a later date if needed.
I have attached a drawing of the layout i would like.Any blue lines should be black,Any Green lines should be a lighter grey and any red marking are for example purposes or instruction only and should be left out.
Also would like the logo attached
