I need to design a remote controlled f1 car with a honeycomb nose cone

I need to design the body work of a remote controlled f1 car. there is an crash test, so based on my research i want to use a honey comb for the impact attenuator. There will be adjustment needed later on when creating holes to assmble with the chasis. The body will need to be split into sections because it is going to be 3D printed. Also they will be joined by the snapper method(tv remote battery covers).
