I need to change color on a scale file

Design details: I have a fabric design that is currently orange. I need to change half of it to pantone 357 (forest green) and the other half pantone 368 ( light green). I need for the file to remain the same( scales size and shape do not need to be changed just the color orange to the 2 new colors) format and size for quality when being printed. The split in color is vertical. It does not have to fade into the color change. Just left half one color and right half the other color.
Ideas for the visual style: just half hunter green and half light green
Things to avoid: Avoid the scales being losted in the darker green color. They must still be able to be seen.
