I need to amend a flyer design (pdf) and send to print today - Urgently

I have a simple request. i have the pdf artwork of a flyer that i am about to send to print for an urgent print run by Wednesday.
However, i need to change the image and remove one strapline from the ad.
Are you able to make the amendments for me so that i can send it to print today?

I have attached a copy of the flyer. I have the new image ready and the line:
London & Kent's only dedicated Plus Size bridal store

is to be removed and the text above dropped down into its place.
