I need someone to improve the presentation/graphic design of some Excel reports

Design details: We want to improve the look and feel / design of one of our standard reports built in Excel. The report has to remain in Excel (unfortunately for those aware of better design tools for this sort of thing), so Excel plus design skills will be key to the success of this work. Think Apple, clean, uncluttered design, clarity, and you are on the right track. We need to see the numbers as well as the charts so you will have to work within these constraints.
There are 3 templates. Attached is one of them as a sample which will be printed to A4. The other 2 templates will print to A3.
There is no need for macros or other forms of data manipulation in this brief.
