I need someone to add functionality to a pdf prospectus

Information for the business: we are a nursery
Industry: Education
Design details: i had a designer who did a good job but couldn't make the prospectus functional . all i need is for someone to make it functional like the attached example and maybe add better real life images. I am happy for someone to make any changes or add to the prospectus to make it better
