I need somebody to work on cover design from these pictures

Design details: This is a hand drawing for the cover design of our sports brochure. I need somebody to make some effects and make it look digital and make a stunning background make it look like a brochure cover(front and back). It should be done in 2 days. Also I have a design with me, inside this, you'll have to fill data for 8 pages(this is inside part of brochure). Like just add pictures and data in a really professional way.
Note: The file should have digital print quality.
