I need some standard report backgrounds/covers creating

Hi.

I have a logo and a set of brand guidelines, but I need someone to create me a set of (i.e. three or four) standard report covers and backgrounds in PNG format.

I need to overlay them with some text boxes and, ideally, you would have some icons that we could use to give them a bit more life.

I need:
A standard cover for the report that I can overlay text on each month
A standard "foreword" page that I can overlay text on each month
A standard background for the other pages
A standard template for the dashboard page.

I have an existing version of the reports which I can share with the right person - in PDF or live on the web.
I can share dimensions and brand guidelines.
