I need proposal for new job. See below

Okay, I'm ready to send you a description for the original job and then you send me the proposal. I feel the job may be more involved and will require several modifications. This is the cooking instruction vectors.

1) I need 4 scenes/vectors
2) Here are the descriptions for each vector (photos will follow)
- Chicken, Lamb Chop and Whole Fish in a circle
- Lamb Chop in a transparent bag above and to the left of a vacuum pack machine
- Lamb Chop, still in bag now in a square clear pan of water with a heat circulator wand inside the pan
- Lamb Chop (no longer in bag) now it is on a dinner plate with perhaps vegetables, potato, sauce
now it is a finished plate (see example). Perhaps, you can put a dome lid partially over the plate.

3) On the vacuum pack machine, maybe we can make a logo on it "Vacu-Pak"
4) For the vector when the lamb is in the water bath pan with heat circulator you need to see the lamb bag but there should also be a few bubble because the water is hot.
