I need powerpoint slides converting into workbook

Information for the business: we deliver nurse education
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: I have a full set of powerpoint slides (referenced and with graphics/images) that I am going to be using to deliver workshops to nurses - I would like for someone to convert these into a workbook (with spaces for notes etc) that I will give out to delegates as part of the workshop.
I will need the workbook to be in a format that I can send to be printed so would like them in both word and PDF format please.
Target audience: primary care based doctors and nurses
Content on the front/back side and body: Front and back - I will provide logo's and images
Ideas for the visual style: clean and logical and easy to follow
Extra notes: Have attached a couple of the slides as a pdf.
In total there are a total of 300 slides within the workshop - some of these will be duplicates but hopefully this will give you an idea of size of job.
I have also attached a copy of the old workbook that we did ourselves but which isn't very professional - we would like something like this but better and more professional.
