I need help with Blender 3d

I only need help understanding the 'Step 2: Simulate Hydrographics' section which uses Blender. I do not know Blender but have downloaded it and loaded the .blend simulation file from the webpage but the instructions are not clear enough for a newbie. I do not understand what Blender mode to be in, which menus to use etc so I am looking for a developer who knows Blender and can explain in clear written English.

Deliverables
So I would like someone to re-write Step 2 in step-by-step detail so I can follow it exactly and reproduce Step 2 which should result in an exported image file that has been distorted according to the model shape in the webpage's .blend file.

Then I would like written instructions on how I would import and use my own original .stl model and .png image file in the simulation to replace those already in there.

Lastly I would like to know exactly what I would need to change in the simulation (and how to make the changes) to create one of different size so that I can run this for different size objects eg A3/A4.

Please give me your estimate of the cost. Thanks
