I need graphics / branding adding to a letter

Design details: Hi,

I've written the text for a letter that we intend to send out cold to landlords in the UK that have had their properties on the market with other agencies for over 4 weeks.

I am looking for someone to add some graphics to the letter and make it more visually appealing. The letter must be accessible in microsoft word for editing (if possible) so we can amend the address fields for sending. That is unless you know of a way that this can be amended easily in Adobe viewer?

I have provided a design brief of the letter printed on one of our letterheads and crossed out the sections that you do not need to worry about. I have also attached our current leaflet, which will give you an idea of the design style for our brand.

I would like, if possible, for property 'skyline' from the leaflet to be across the bottom of the letter and for the text within this section to be white (again, the same as our leaflet).

I would also like three symbolic icons / images placing next to each numeric point as depicted in the scanned document. I like the style of icon used on my friends site, www.elementsproperty.co.uk so please use this as a guide if possible.
