I need an editable psd template designed for product adverts

Design details: We need a editable advert template created on photoshop. The advert will be used on sites such as ebay or gumtree.

The advert will match the style , colours and feel of our current website www.furniture4u.uk.com.

The advert needs to include a non editable background with a white space to add the image into, the background needs to include company logo and contact details. Also needs a large red price tag.

The other components of the template need to be easily editable, the image of the sofa itself, the name of the sofa, the price on the price tag, and the text boxes to include the descriptions and measurements etc.

I have attached some bad examples of some that i have seen on ebay and gumtree and also a mockup made by myself of the sort of thing that i am looking for.
