I need an attractive "Campaign" design

Design details: We will have a new "Summer" campaign in August to promote our "Cloud based Software" products.

We need a "Campaign" image design to be used in :
- Landing Page ( This will be a web page, so the overall image should be a full screen image - static )
- E-Mail announcements (Smaller version of image?)
- Banner Ads ( Banner version - dynamic with animation or static? - we are open to proposals )

Campaign is :
- 1) Buy 10 licenses of A and get C for free for X months
2) Buy 10 licenses of B and get C and D free for X months

Delivery Format :
- Should be in editable vector format + high-res image format

Deadline : Design should be complete by : 29th July.
Ideas for the visual style: Buy A, get C free, Buy B, get C&D free with "Summer" touch, comfortable seaside setting with a boss happy using our software and running his business from a chair on shore with a flip-flop
