I need an animated banner for Google to showcase our models

This is probably easy for someone that knows about animated banners or 3D - not quite sure.

Have you ever seen those types of animated banners that sort of come out of the banner and go back again? You probably have but I do not know how to describe them. However, let me describe some I have seen.

1. Saw one for PPH [whilst I was on the web] where it was showing viewers the types of hourlies on offer on PPH. As the types of hourlies were moving along the banner, each one would sort of come out at you and go back again
2. Same for some clothes and car banner ads I’ve seen. As the clothes move along the banner, each one sort of becomes 3D and moves back, then the next one and so on.

We want to create a similar one for our models, designed to attract potential clients that hire models. The ad will go up on Google sponsored ads and so, must be compatible with Google policies. Also, the ad would contain a cross section of our selected models with a slogan - ANY MODEL | ANY SIZE | ANY LOOK | ANY LOCATION | ANY TIME | BEST RATES
