Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
I have been creating a branded piece for my business. It is a multipage document that introduces my services to potential clients and then provides a few pages that describes the services I can provide with the prices. This last section varies according to the industry or needs of the individual I am sending it to.
I started using an Adobe PDF file that I was given as a template through a class. I really like it! I am finding, however, that editing a PDF can be quite cumbersome if you are doing more than swapping out a few photos. And it's starting to get messy.
I really like the look of this piece, but in order to make any real progress I need it to be converted into a format I can easily edit and rework. Because it is multiple pages InDesign seems the natural choice.
I am not looking for design work. I am looking for someone with enough experience with the Adobe suite of products that they have the skillset to complete this conversion.
I need an editable document set up with page templates and styles and real text and headers and pictures. (Not a screenshot of my document thrown into InDesign in a one-pic page sort of thing.) I need it to really use my selected fonts. (All come with Adobe or are from Typekit.)
I already have my logo, my graphics selected and bought, my palette set, and I know what fonts I want to use and how it should be laid out. I could do it myself but it will take me ages and be quite frustrating because I only work in inDesign about once a year.
I think that sums it up. Recreate my 7-8 page document in InDesign using styles and page templates so that I have a usable InDesign template that I can use to create variations of the piece for various audiences. (Types of clients.)
I've attached a screenshots of the page thumbnails to give you an idea of the content.
