I need a shoe designed by my description

it should have the base style of a van classic white slip on and I want the string to be like the one that you can tighten at the end of a jacket that you can tie by pulling and keep it secure with something like the picture I will add to this message. it should also contain a cover over the string like that of a 2008 vapor mercurial (you can find a picture by going on google and typing in vapor mercurial 2008).
