I need a professional flyer produced

Design details: I would like a flyer produced that markets tutoring services. I would like it set out so I can send it directly to a printers or just print off myself. I do not want it overly colourful and with too many graphics as that will make printing at home expensive. I would like multi-cultural images included as well as my logo and some bits of text about the services - I have plenty of text for you to select from. I want someone , not only who is artist , but can get the wording correct as it needs to be short but catchy.

I would like someone to complete before Monday, as I do not have much time Monday to Thursday to consult with you. If you can do all i have stated, please do apply.

It only has to be one sided. Also I would like the the size which is half of a4 LANDSCAPE.
