Design details: We need a fillable pdf form to record our field service work whilst on site.
We have android tablets so it should be compatible with this platform.
The form is fairly simple though we would like to include a picklist menu for one of the fields.
We would like the form to be branded with our company logo and colours.
Target audience: Businesss
