I need a powerpoint template creating from an existing design

Extra notes: I need a powerpoint template creating from a design I already have. I can provide all of the images I just can't create the powerpoint file.

The powerpoint file needs to contain 4 different pages:
- Cover
- Standard page
- Bio page
- Back cover

When using the powerpoint I need to be able to select different pages - eg cover page, 4 standard pages, 1 bio page and a back cover.

The elements on the page need tobe able to be edited - eg add different text and images but the fonts should stay the same when new text is pasted in. Is this possible?

I have attached the sample of how I would like the presentation to look
