I need a leaflet and poster design

Information for the business: I help people to live with less stress and more ease.
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: I am running three one hour workshops that run over 3 weeks in London, UK.

They will be helping people to use their laptops and mobile phones more efficiently and reduce stress and strain on their bodies.

The framework that I use is the Alexander Technique.

My previous posters/leaflets have used the same basic 1-side design. The focus has been on the Alexander Technique. This time I want to focus on the problems people have and the solutions I can provide. See attachment.

I would want someone to work with me to choose pictures and content layout that communicates what I need. But some discussion on a good way to focus on what is to be communicated.
Target audience: Young professionals - entrepreneurs and artists
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, photo, details of workshops.
Ideas for the visual style: Mostly text, with a couple of pictures to illustrate
