I need a heraldic shield drawn from an existing design

I need a designer who can create a traditional heraldic shield to go on the side of a train as a vinyl for an event. I have the design laid out but need to change the colours and some of the animals. See attached and the side notes. The finished design need to look very traditional and 'heraldic'. I have examples of heraldic animals that you can use as a template. Ideally it needs to be delivered in a digital format that can be printed in any size.

If you have experience of this type of work can you kindly provide an example.
