I need a cover for an ebook drawn

I have a friend who has asked me to help her take her manuscript and upload it to Amazon as an ebook selling for 99 cents. She has no budget so I said I would help but it turns out she does not have a cover design either. It is a romance short story and needs a decent cover. After reviewing her book, I suggested something be drawn that resembles my incredibly poor rough draft attached. A single rose in a heart that is traced in the snow with a young woman walking away in the distance. I found some pics online and crudely combined them to give you an idea of what I am looking for. The woman should be in a red coat and look something like the one in the pic I included (just so that she looks like she is in her late 20's not an old lady). This does not have to be a Rembrandt. Just a color drawing of a lady in red, walking in the snow with the rose and heart outline in the foreground.

Pixel count should be appropriate for a book with 6x9 dimensions and whatever works with Amazon. Sorry I am not sure what that would be exactly however I do know that in designing this cover, since the picture of the book is so small on Amazon, it needs to not be subtle. Strong clear pictures (drawings) that can be seen in a small picture of the cover.

The Title would go at the top superimposed over the picture and it is "January and the Single Heart". The author's name goes at the bottom and it is V. Zetterwall. If you can't do the titles, I can add them with Paint. But it would be good if you could do them (red lettering). If possible, I would love to get this by the end of the week. If you can do that, I have another book cover project I will give you.
