I need a brochure that I have created in a print ready format

Design details: Hi,

I have a brochure that I have created and want to print it on my printer however it needs to be only 10cm x 10cms and I need it printed in a way that I can cut it and fold it so there is no staple in the middle.

I need to get this out urgently so if someone is free in the next 30 mins to help me that would be great.
Number of pages needed: 5 pages double sided
Content on the front/back side and body: I have everything
Ideas for the visual style: I have everything
Extra notes: I have everything already made up it is just formating it so it will print on one page back to back correctly.
