I need a brochure designed and the content written again to make it more professional

Design details: This is for a new company and so the logo needs to be designed and I need an 8-10 pg design and content written for a brochure targeting people that are selling their houses in England and Wales. The brochure has a diagram which needs to be created to convey the same information but in a better design. The brochure must look modern, simple and sophisticated. Nothing cliche!
Target audience: people looking to sell properties in England and Wales

Preferred colors: Pink or any other colour that make a person feel relaxed.
Extra notes: The brochure is offering something for sellers of properties. The sale process is very stressful, protracted, uncertain and costly. We are stating we can eliminate the above problems and help them sell faster, save them time and money and ensure their sale transaction does not abort before the sale.
