I need a brochure design which should be very simple

Industry: Healthcare
Design details: I want to get a design of a brochure style which will be used as employee handbook for the staff in the company.
I have attached some of the contents........but once I select the final design I will send the final contents.
this handbook brochure will be used to give the employee full details about the clinic, the clinic services, back ground, policy of vacations, working conditions and etc.
I don't want a very busy design it should be elegant and simple...you may use contents and few photos.

Target audience: internal staff, this brochure handbook will be given to staff in the company only
Number of pages needed: 4 to 8 or depends on the designer
