I need a 2D editable street map for 3 UK locations

Design details: approx: 18cmx12cm (although shapes and size may vary slightly depending on location)
Ideas for the visual style: see pics
Extra notes: Map must be editable by myself in the sense that locations of businesses can be overlaid as this is for a tourist map/guide (see pics).
Colour scheme(see PICS).
Map must include street names and a few major landmarks or attractions as standard BUT ALL OTHER INFO WILL BE ENTERED BY MYSELF..Map will be printed as its primary function however will also be used online.

2D format please..I will leave the design itself entirely to the designers discretion but would prefer it to resemble in some way the below pics (simple, clear, easy to use with almost hand drawn look whilst still remaining professional, but please feel free to add your own personal touches.

Examples of previous work in a similar context preferred but not essential..The Uk locations are Blackpool and 2x lake district (to be disclosed). A small sample section of map showing what you can achieve with this project would be ideal prior to me excepting the job.
