I'm looking for someone to draw me some webtoon cover art

Hello! I am an 18 year old senior about to graduate from a Journalism Prep School and I'm working on a webtoon series as a writer. I just wanted a cover page done to motivate and further inspire me in my writing. I would really appreciate your help. I was just inquiring for how much a cover page would be. It would just be a forestry background with 2 words centered on a a path running down the middle of the forest. It would be dim litted and gloomy looking.
