I have a research document that I want to make look more impressive

Design details: I have a word document that is filled with research.

I want it to be formatted to be much more impressive, and add some infographics and charts for the data that's presented in the research.
Target audience: Investors or Business People
Messages to communicate through the design: this should be easy to read but include imagery, charts and colors that makes the message more compelling and interesting

I've attached the research document and the logo of our company

The research is prepared by our company and should have a cover page
Ideas for the visual style: Simple , consise, modern
