HTML 5 interactive video banner

I need someone to build this banner concept and transition using HTML5, CSS and Javascript. I can supply images and video for you to use when building. The banner has three tabs on the bottom right that would show other models of cars in the same way as the original animation transitions, so bear that in mind when building the banner.

Ideally, you would need to understand Event Listeners, Triggers, CSS animation and how to manipulate canvases in HTML5.

If you could get this done ASAP that would be great.
