HM70 chipset unlock

I need a HM70 Chipset unlocked and a modified bios flashed in order for this mobo to accept an i7 cpu. This cpu will work, and fits the socket, however intel have decided to code the bios with a 30 minute timer if it recognises anything other than a pentium or celeron processor. Therefore, the bios needs to examined and modified with a hex editor and re flashed back onto the chip with the restrictions removed. This is a Toshiba Satellite C855-1TF laptop. There are currently no bios mods for this model online anywhere.
