Heraldry - Coat of Arms

I am looking for a graphic designer who is brilliant in vector illustration (adobe illustrator). Need this person to urgently complete the shading and shape of the Mantlings and Horns on a specific Coat of Arms. The shape of the mantling is almost completed are ready so what is required here is colour corrections and shading. The Mantlings at present are to child like so need be smart and royal. A completely new set of horns need to be illustrated in the same style as the mantling with the same royal grand feel to them. This project is urgent and requires the skill of a fast but very good graphic illustrator so please don't apply if you don't the time or ability. The client is very particular and there is very specific requirements.
