Graphics for t-shirt design

I am looking for a designer to come up with some PNG designs which can be scaled and manipulated for use on t-shirts, jumpers and other fashion merchandise.

The designs I would like, would be up to 10 American Firefighter themes; this could be an American fire hydrant, some hose and a nozzle, FIRE with the US flag set into the text?

I am looking for some clean, simple designs that can be easily edited, easily manipulated, that look stylish too.
