Graphic Design to create a more Visually appealing presentation

Hi everyone, I am looking for a designer to make this presentation more appealing. It's lack-lustre and dense with way too much wording. The creator of the presentation is an academic hence lots of theory. I would like to show them that there are other ways to present information through visuals - charts, info graphics, pictures/images. I am not a fan of the colour scheme either but that is their branding.
If the colour scheme could be broken up a little more to include some white spaces as this is slightly overbearing that would be great. I attach the presentation.
They will be using this presentation as a pitch deck to potential partners and organisations.
