Graphic design of company holiday greeting card

Design details: We need a fresh design for our annual holiday greeting card that we send to our current clients as well as prospects. The card will be a 5"x7" fold-over design. We have a unique logo that we'd like to see incorporated in to the design if possible. We are also located in a recently renovated unique building in our community - it can be seen in last year's card which is attached. This can be added with contact information.

We are a strategic marketing firm (market research, brand positioning, growth plan and strategic marketing plan development, etc.), not a creative marketing agency, but would like to have a unique holiday card.

Messages to communicate through the design: Neutral Holiday message and greeting on the outside and inside. Back of card should include contact information.
