Google Docs Expert

Information for the business: We sell au pair information products
Design details: I am looking for someone with a good knowledge of google docs to help me do the following things -

I have had designed stylish two word documents ( also in pdf format) fro my members to download and edit. The documents do not hold their formatting in google docs so I need someone who can re-jig them for google docs.

I would like these two documents and others in the pack set up so that the user is forced to make a copy of them when they download them rather than editing the original.

Messages to communicate through the design: I want to keep the design the same, but simply make the formatting correct for google docs.
