Garden Hard Landscape design - Block paving

I have a patio area that currently has 10year old sandstone slabs. I want to take these up and replace with a block paving / cobble lock pavers and a granite perimeter. There is a pond in the middle, some existing inground spot lights and some other small design factors to bring in. Can you advise an estimate of costs to design a layout if I were to give you a rough plan and dimensions. I can also give you a suggested brand / product to use within you design.
