Garden and Plant / Flower Selection Advise and Design

GARDEN AND PLANT / FLOWER SELECTION ADVISE AND DESIGN
I have a small South facing city garden in North West London UK. Totalling approx. 85 sq. meters of which 45sq meters is garden slabs and shed which we are keeping. We replace 30 sq. meters of lawn grass, for which we need advice on ground soil preparation and grass seed selection and its future maintenance. There are 4 planters in total 2 in the front North facing garden, 1 in the rear South facing garden each 1 sq. meters and 1 x L section 9 sq. meters also in the rear garden, which has a cherry, plum, grape, raspberry, apple trees. Again, we need advice on soil preparation/replacement and advise on plant types, selection qualities etc to provide a hardy, colourful, scented, low maintenance planter. Drawings and photos attached.
Looking for a mature and experience gardener to give advice on plants suitable for the space and provide a list of material and quantities of plant and material. Preference is UK based with experience of UK plants etc, In person on Video call is fine.
