I need foundation calculations on a residential project, UK project so all calcs to BS standards. Ignore price shown, random figure so enable this posting. Let me know your best price & time frame as I'll make a decision tomorrow (Monday 15th) most likely due to time restraint.
1. The allowable soil bearing pressure is 75-85kPa, a full soil report will be provided
2. dwg file will be provided
3. beams/columns calculations/reactions will be provided
4. you will have to do the takedown load calc in the key areas
5. ignore swimming pool this is designed separately. Just need foundation design.
5. I have attached a draft scheme of the foundation plan, dimensions shown is just a guestimate.
