Flyer needed for a promotion

The promotion is a collaboration between my business Sovereign Business Solution and another BNI both logos will be provided. The promotion is that for every BNI member that buys goods through Sovereign we will donate 3% of the value of each order Nett to the Charity of choice within the chapter. This will not only improve your CSR and Social Value but will also act as a referral and thank you for the business within your chapter.

Any referrals to any other business through BNI will also qualify as long as the charity is named from the offset.

I want all our business details on the flyer at the bottom of the page and the reps email details again which will be provided for him to hand this out to people within the chapter.
