Flyer design template needed

Information for the business: we are a childrens language learning franchise
Industry: Education
Design details: Hello,
We need a generic flyer template that all my franchisees can use and add in their own individual emails/contact numbers etc.
I like the postcard style that looks like a cool arty postcard you'd pin on the fridge - with a cool quote, along the lines of
"you're never too young to learn multiple languages"
or
"speaking one language is so last year!'
"I can dribble in 3 languages "
etc etc

we must have our signature orange colour prominently on the flyer - along with our mascot tictoc (see attached)
Target audience: parents, nurseries, schools, childminders, childrens clubs, grandparents
Content on the front/back side and body: logo, quote, contact information, call to action
Ideas for the visual style: clean, eyecatching and stylish - very cool look for the childrens sector
Preferred colors: bright orange and see website and logo for complimentary colours
Extra notes: call to action included - ie This is a £10 discount voucher for when you book a 5 week course
