Flyer design

I have started a flyer project for our Intruder Alarm business and need a designer to tidy up the design and complete the revers side.

I have attached the basic idea of the front page of the flyer but I want your artistic and professional flare to take it to the next level.

The front page of the flyer (with the house) doesn't have to be much different, but let me know what you can do. The door of the house could do with being Essential blue.

I have a PSD file but its 6.5MB so too big to upload on to this site.

The back page needs starting from scratch.
