FlowCharts required for Business Processes

i need some help with creating a flowchart to assist with training for internal processes for accounting administration.
i can do the process in Excel, but i need the flow chart made with nice clear flow arrows and options to complete the process.
i have a number of processes i need this done for, so if we can do the first one then i am happy to pass all of the others over to you so you have consistency
it would be nice to have it smart, branded and neat and tidy.

Please check the file attached to make sure you understand my example.
They are not going to be too complicated.
I need all of the process flowcharts completed by Friday so it will be a bit of work each day as i do the excel files
