Finalize ETABS Model for Residence

I need a structural engineer to check and update the ETABS model (Ver 17) for our residence. The prior engineer that was working on our project just disappeared off of Freelancer prior to finishing fixing and checking the model after we found errors in it. The main items we need completed are:
• Confirm all elements are in the model and match our plan set
• Confirm connectivity of all elements
• Fix any items that might be missing or wrong. We have identified a couple items we think were not accurately put into the model and those are provided in the markups.
• Confirm the lower walls are not supporting anything. They need to be free standing and not supporting the beams above them.
• Confirm load cases ASCE 7-2010, Exposure D, Risk Category II
• Confirm sizes of all concrete elements are adequate and the steel/rebar design of all concrete elements and provide printouts for steel/rebar design out of ETABS for all concrete elements
• Confirm the loads going down from the structure into the drilled piers so we can confirm the drill pier loading design
• Provide final ETABS model
