Files coverted to layered SVG

Hello!
I need the following files converted to layered svg files. Essentially, I need to be able to adjust the color of each layer, or remove a color and use the garment as that color. I have 4 total images, though for PPH will only allow me to upload three.

1. The black skull "earn your hurt" just needs the black, so it will only be one layer.

2. black "warpath shield" just needs the black, so again, it will only be one layer.

3. The "walk your warpath text" Should be 4 layers- black (words, part of the skull image), orange (words, part of the skull image), grey (part of the skull image), and white (part of the skull image).

4. The fourth image I can send when the project is awarded- It's four colors as well (black, white, orange, grey).
