Female Dress Tailoring / Dress Making

I need the attached dress made to a longer length, but maintains with style.

You must be very good with tailoring and structural designs, work well with heavy materials (wool twill), have excellent finishing and be very creative.

I need four (4) dresses made to british standard sizing and done by the 8th February.

I will provide materials (or you can suggest where to get the materials I need).
